This April 2019 our films have been used for educational purposes. Crip Video Productions has been screening the films and speaking to various different types of college classes in different locations to teach about disability, bullying prevention, Cerebral Palsy, and IEPs. We even received fan letters from some of these classes. Our actors attended a Q&A for one of these screenings of "Only Those Who Limp Allowed". Some of the audience had the misconception that Cerebral Palsy is genetic. Cerebral Palsy is not genetic. Other members of the audience were amazed and impressed by Professor Ben's openness about his stroke in "A Stroke Of Endurance".
If you want to use our films as a teaching tool please, please contact us via email.
Recently a fan messaged us digitally to let us know that our film "A Stroke Of Endurance" was the first time they had heard of the connection and similarities between Cerebral Palsy and Stroke. We are thrilled to raise awareness. May 2019 is "Stroke Awareness Month" in the United States. Please become aware of the symptoms and risk factors for stroke and try to support people who have had strokes. Please, please share our film "A Stroke Of Endurance" for Stroke Awareness Month here http://cripvideoproductions.com/astrokeofendurance.php
A woman who shared our Tumblr blog on a list of blogs has re-shared that blog list here https://sarahkperkins.wordpress.com/2019/03/12/cerebral-palsy-blogs/
As you can see Google Plus is gone now so please use this blog as you would have used our old Google Plus page.
